## Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Machine Operator to operate production machines, ensure smooth manufacturing operations, maintain quality standards, and achieve daily production targets. Candidates with experience in automotive or engineering manufacturing will be preferred.

## Key Responsibilities

### Machine Operation

* Operate CNC, VMC, SPM, Assembly, or Production Machines as per SOP.

* Set up and monitor machines for efficient production.

* Ensure uninterrupted machine operation during shifts.

* Perform basic machine adjustments when required.

### Production Activities

* Achieve daily production targets as assigned.

* Load and unload raw materials and finished components.

* Monitor machine output and minimize rejection rates.

* Follow production schedules and work instructions.

### Quality Control

* Inspect components during production.

* Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, and Gauges.

* Identify and report defects or quality issues immediately.

* Maintain quality standards as per company requirements.

### Safety & Maintenance

* Follow all safety guidelines and PPE requirements.

* Maintain cleanliness and 5S standards at the workplace.

* Perform routine machine checks and report breakdowns.

* Support preventive maintenance activities.

### Documentation

* Maintain production records and machine logs.

* Report daily production and rejection data to supervisors.

## Required Qualifications

* ITI (Fitter, Turner, Machinist, CNC Operator, Diesel Mechanic, Electrician) / Diploma in Mechanical or related field.

* Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

* Experience in automotive manufacturing will be an advantage.

**₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month** (Depending on experience and skills)
